• Orders & checkout — name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Custom design requests — name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, and any design details or photos you choose to submit.
• Contact form — name, email, and the content of your message.
• Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These are used solely for security and performance monitoring.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics platform.

• To process and fulfill your orders
• To respond to your custom design requests and contact form submissions
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, design request follow-ups)
• To send a post-purchase review request approximately three weeks after your order ships
• To maintain the security and performance of our website

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing beyond the transactional communications described above.

We share information with the following service providers, solely to operate the site:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe under their privacy policy. We do not store card numbers or payment details.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Your name and email address are passed to Resend to deliver order confirmations and other transactional messages.
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure. Vercel processes server logs as described above.
• Sanity — content management system for our product catalog. Sanity does not process personal customer data.

We do not share your information with any other third parties, including advertisers, data brokers, or social media platforms.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — including maintaining order records for business and tax purposes — or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
