Q: Are the wigs one size?
A: Our wigs come in one standard size. Majority of the wigs have a velcro or eye hook adjustment tab that allows you to decrease or increase size, to about ½ inch smaller or larger. If you have a petite or larger head, we can always special order the wig in for you.
Q: Can you custom design any wig and how long does it typically take?
A: We love creating new looks and enjoy working with our customers to design the unthinkable. We recommend either bringing in or sending us a photo of what you want, then speaking directly to our in-house stylists to perfect the design. Typically, custom design wigs take 5-10 days. If there's a deadline you need to meet, we can expedite the order for you.
Q: How do I care for my wig?
A: We recommend for styled wigs to be placed back on a styrofoam head after wear. If it’s a non-styled wig, simply place back in its bag or box.
Q: Can I wash and set my wig myself?
A: Yes and it’s very easy. Simply brush out the wig, wash with cold water, and let it air dry. Once it’s completely dry, brush out and style again. To set the wig, apply the setting lotion on the wig and put the hot rollers in or use a synthetic curling iron for more natural/wavy curls.
Q: Can I bring my wig in to be restyled?
A: You certainly can! Depending on the condition of the wig and the design you want, the cost will be between $35-$65.
Q: How long will my wig last?
A: Your wig can last for many years with proper care and maintenance. We will provide you with full care instructions upon purchase.
Q: Can I wear a wig if I have a full head of hair?
A: Yes, start off by brushing your hair and making it as smooth and flat as possible. Gather it into a ponytail at the nape of the neck. Take the ponytail and flip the hair back up keeping the rubber band at the nape of the neck and getting the hair to lay as flat as possible to the head. Hold the hair in place and secure with 2 or 3 bobbie pins. Next you want to stretch the wig cap over your head, starting at the nape, pulling it on toward the front all the way to the hairline. For extra long hair, divide the hair into two sections. Cross the two sections and tuck them under the opposite side of the cap.
Q: Do people wear wigs as a lifestyle choice?
A: Absolutely, our customers see wigs as a great hair solution especially if you don’t have time or energy to style your own hair or don’t want to spend money on frequent cuts. It’s a great way to try out different styles and get the look you’ve always wanted.
Q: Why are some wigs more expensive than others?
A: There are many different types of materials that can be used to make wigs, including various types of synthetic fibers and human hair. For example, certain materials used inside the wigs are lighter weight and more durable, therefore, increasing the costs. The higher the quality of wig, you’ll see an increase in price.
Q: Do you ship?
A: Yes, we do domestically and internationally. Please refer to the "Orders" tab for more detailed information.
